Credit Repair Service For

  1. I, , hereby authorize iCare Credit Hub to write, send, receive, sign, and perform all actions on my behalf as necessary to update information in my credit reports. Instruments of any nature shall be used as necessary in the exercise of the rights and powers herein granted.

  1. This authorization may be revoked by the Client at any time by giving written notice to iCare Credit Hub.

  1. I hereby release iCare Credit Hub and its employees from any and all matters of actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, claims, damages, and demands whatsoever in law or equity, for or by any reason or cause regarding this contract.

  1. The client acknowledges that credit repair is a process that involves working on each derogatory item independently by challenging them with the credit bureaus, original creditors, and collection agencies. iCare Credit Hub will utilize the FCRA and FDCPA laws to achieve the best possible results. The process can take up to 6-12 months or longer, depending on the severity of the credit situation.

  1. The client must provide iCare Credit Hub with login credentials for a credit monitoring account.

  1. Upon completion of your consultation and decision to proceed with our services, a non-refundable registration and set-up fee of $149.00 per individual will be charged. This fee covers the comprehensive credit audit and analysis.The analysis includes a comprehensive review and audit of all three credit reports and the development of a tailored action plan specific to the client's situation. This plan will aim to delete, correct, or change inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, and obsolete items under current Federal and State laws. This also includes any necessary freezes that may be necessary, and the setup of the client's Personalized Client Portal. After each month's services have been performed, an automatic monthly fee of $97.00 per individual will be charged to the payment account on file. This fee covers all costs and fees associated with the previous month's services. The process will continue until the end of the service term.

  1. After the 12th monthly fee, clients can continue with iCare Credit Hub's services without needing to re-register and pay the setup fee.

  1. The client acknowledges that their cooperation is important to the success of the credit repair process, and that they will promptly provide any information and documentation requested by iCare Credit Hub.

  1. This agreement is subject to the laws of the state in which iCare Credit Hub operates.

  1. We offer a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for our Full-Service Credit Restoration program. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund within 90 days of the initial registration and setup fee.
